Veterans with a 70% or higher service-connected rating who need at least 6 continuous months of personal care may qualify. The Primary Family Caregiver can receive a monthly stipend, CHAMPVA, counseling and respite. Apply with VA Form 10-10CG. Caregiver Support Line 1-855-260-3274. Legacy participants keep their transition through September 30, 2028.
